After 25 years as a forest engineer and manager, my pride, the one impact I created that matters most to me, is in the abilities, confidence and potential that I have activated and fostered within members of my team and my partners.

Human beings are the most precious thing in the world. They are at the core of the future of our societies, the success of our businesses and the well-being of our communities. I am convinced that harnessing everyone's strengths is the key to creating a better world. This is the reason why I chose to become a life coach.
